Gasgoo.com (Shanghai November 19) - The new joint venture between Jiangxi-based Changhe Automobile and Suzuki will be releasing the rebadged version of its Splash subcompact this week, the Beijing Times reported today. The Changhe Suzuki Splash will be branded with the joint venture's new logo.

The Splash will help spearhead the Changhe Suzuki joint venture, which has currently only released vehicles carrying the Suzuki nameplate. The Changhe Suzuki name will cover a number of other models in the future, including the upcoming long-wheelbase version of the Changhe Big Dipper. The new Big Dipper will be based on an entirely new design from its earlier Suzuki Wagon R-based release.
