Chery Automobile exported 1,298 units of its hit model A5 in January 2007, making a new high record.
In 2006, China exported 11,000 mid-class vehicles; Chery A5 exported 6,295 units, amounted to more than half of the mid-class vehicles exports.
It is reported that the Chery will further develop overseas markets, and A5 is expected to export to South American market in near future.
