The delivery marks a new phase in cooperation between the two companies following their initial partnership in 2025 and represents the largest single-batch vehicle delivery in Chery's history.

The vehicles delivered span multiple segments, including SUVs and sedans, with core models such as the Tiggo 8, Tiggo 7, Jetour Traveler, Jetour X70 and Arrizo 5. Together, they address a wide range of use cases—from family trips and self-drive travel to business travel and budget short-term rentals—aligning with eHi's operational needs across short-term rentals, long-term leasing and corporate mobility services.

With the new vehicles entering service, eHi is expected to significantly upgrade its fleet mix, while expanding service coverage and enhancing the overall user experience across its nationwide network.

Under the agreement, Chery and eHi plan to broaden their collaboration beyond vehicle supply, working together on customized vehicle development, intelligent mobility solutions and overseas market expansion. The partnership is set to evolve from a transactional delivery model toward joint ecosystem building, pooling resources to advance mobility services that are more efficient, sustainable and user-centric.
