China Southern Industrial Auto Co., is authorized by the state in January, 2006 with total capital over 16.5 billion Yuan and headquarters in Beijing.
As a large state-owned auto group, it conglomerated all the auto-related sources of China Southern Industrial Group. The main products of the company concentrates on auto parts, commercial vehicle and passenger cars.
The company has built partnerships with Ford, Mazda and is planning a stock market listing in the beginning of 2008.
