Chinese local-brand sedans sold 829,100 units in the first 8 months

Shanghai. September 12 (Gasgoo.com) - A total volume of 829,100 local-brand sedans were sold in the first eight months this year, according to the latest statistics from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

This sales record has surpassed that of Japanese brands, German brands and American brands in Chinese market during the same period, CAAM said

China has turned out 3.08 mln sedans in the first eight months, an increase of 24.31 percent from one year earlier, according to CAAM.
