It is reported that Ms. Gu used to work at Ford China Investment Co., Ltd. and General Motors China Investment Co., Ltd..
Jia Qun, who joined Chrysler Group on July 1, 2008, resigned from Chrysler China On August 19, 2010. Chrysler China's Vice President Zheng Jie had since took over his job until Ms. Gu took office.
