Under the agreement, the three parties aim to leverage their respective strengths—guided by national strategy and regional economic goals—to build a deeply integrated, sustainable partnership. The collaboration will target new material demands in sectors such as new energy vehicles, robotics, the low-altitude economy, and high-end equipment. Key initiatives include co-developing R&D platforms, advancing new materials industrial bases, and deepening cooperation in industrial fund investment.

In his address, Zhou Yuxian noted that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, CNBM achieved breakthroughs in Anhui across fiber and composite materials, as well as pan-semiconductor materials, with their jointly established new materials fund yielding substantial results. Looking ahead to the "15th Five-Year Plan," Zhou said the group will use this signing as a catalyst to accelerate its transition from a "material manufacturer" to a "system solution provider." The goal is to drive the large-scale application of advanced materials across multiple sectors and support Anhui's development as a "Three Zones and One Area."

Wang Qingxian lauded CNBM’s innovation achievements in the new materials sector. He pledged that Anhui would continue to optimize its business environment and industrial ecosystem, offering stronger support in areas such as opening application scenarios and fostering fund cooperation. These efforts aim to push the partnership toward deeper levels and broader fields, jointly unlocking new momentum for the new materials industry.

This tripartite collaboration will combine the strengths of a central state-owned enterprise, a local government, and a leading private firm. It is set to inject strong momentum into the integrated development of the new materials and strategic emerging industries—not just for Anhui, but for the country as a whole.
