In recent days DAIHATSU denoted that it has signed a tech permission contract with FAW Group in last Oct and scheduled to produce the newest mini multi-function cars in Jilin, 2007.
In terms of the program, it is scheduled to utilize the existing outlet of FAW as an independent network to start its sales across the country. Besides, more cooperation between DAIHATSU and FAW will drive forth.
In Beijing Auto Exposition 2006, DAIHATSU set up its independent show platform. Among the showed, D-01, which will be launched in domestic market attracted the most audiences. Its fashion look, luxury interior decoration and roomy space gained a common favorable comment.
