DaimlerChrysler AG said Thomas Sidlik, its director responsible for global procurement and supply, will retire at the closing of the sale of the Chrysler group to Cerberus Capital Management.
There will no longer be a separate board of management position for procurement after the completion of the Chrysler takeover, the company said in a statement.
