Gasgoo Munich- DexForce and Shenzhen New Trend International Logis-Tech Co.,Ltd. recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai.
Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate on joint R&D, scenario validation, and engineering implementation. Centering on the operational needs of smart manufacturing and industrial logistics, they will focus on practical applications such as picking, handling, palletizing, and machine tending. Guided by the core concept of "Embodied AI × Smart Logistics," the partnership aims to drive physical AI from technical validation toward large-scale deployment in logistics scenarios.

Their jointly launched "Smart Picking and Smart Transport" solution covers picking, handling, palletizing, and machine tending. Adopting a multi-layer decoupled architecture, the system moves robots beyond standalone demonstrations into integration with WMS, WCS, WES, and cluster scheduling. The goal is to boost overall efficiency and cluster scheduling performance by over 20%, while achieving 99.999% deterministic connectivity.
Regarding implementation, the partners will focus on typical scenarios in biopharma, new energy, and retail. The roadmap progresses from single-point picking and transport pilots—connecting perception, action, and feedback—to embedding into production line rhythms and integrating with AGV, AMR, and automated storage workflows. Eventually, this will scale to campus-level deployment across the scheduling domain.
Currently, DexForce has accumulated more than 1,500 mature embodied models across over 50 industries, serving top-tier enterprises like Midea, Haier, Hisense, BYD, and GAC. New Trend International, meanwhile, offers a robust logistics client network and deep scenario understanding. Their synergy is expected to accelerate the development of replicable, scalable embodied AI logistics solutions.
