Gasgoo.com (Shanghai March 10) - Zhu Fushou was selected as new CEO for Dongfeng Motor Corporation, the Beijing Times reported today. The decision was made at a joint hearing held by the CPC Central Committee Organization Department and the State Council's State-Owned Assets Supervision and Management Council. Mr. Zhu was selected from a list of 12 possible candidates.
Mr. Zhu, who is currently 49 years old, had previously served as vice president and president for the Hubei-based manufacturer. The post which he is now taking up was previously filled by company chairman Xu Ping.
