Gasgoo Munich- ECARX (Nasdaq: ECX) officially unveiled the ECARX Zenith computing platform on Jan. 30. Built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon Ride Flex (SA8797P), this milestone in AI central computing is set to accelerate the global shift toward integrated cockpit and driving ecosystems.

Powered by the 4nm SA8797P chip, the Zenith platform delivers impressive specs: 560K DMIPS of CPU power, 8.1 TFLOPS of GPU performance, and 640 TOPS of sparse NPU computing. Running on the Cloudpeak cross-domain software platform, it leverages a modular design and open middleware to unlock heterogeneous computing capabilities. This architecture not only meets automotive-grade safety standards for cockpits and ADAS but also supports generative AI interactions and advanced "end-to-end" driving functions powered by cutting-edge Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models.
On the ecosystem front, the platform offers high flexibility, compatible with major global systems including Flyme Auto, Google Automotive Services (GAS), and AAOS. This provides OEMs with a fresh solution to efficiently develop integrated cockpit and driving experiences for global mass production.
Using the Zenith launch as a springboard, ECARX plans to partner with global players to build a new automotive intelligence ecosystem spanning hardware, operating systems, and applications. The platform has now entered the verification phase, with mass production slated for 2027.
