Gasgoo Munich- EPICLAND general manager Zeng Qinglin recently took to social media to update customers on EPICLAND X9 delivery progress, apologizing for the extended wait times facing buyers.

Zeng noted that platforms have received numerous schedule inquiries. After his team helped dozens of buyers check delivery dates, the volume of questions only increased further, filling his inbox with requests for updates. The extended wait has left the team deeply apologetic, he said, even as they remain grateful for the trust buyers have placed in the brand.
Zeng outlined the steps being taken to accelerate deliveries. The earlier delays stemmed partly from material sourcing for optional features and partly from the brand's stringent quality controls. Any new option must clear a full suite of production and quality validations before entering mass production. That verification work is now complete, he said, and materials are fully stocked.
On the production front, the executive team now leads daily meetings with manufacturing staff to track the entire shipping process, resolving any issues the same day. Factory, logistics, and delivery teams are operating at full capacity, meaning daily shipments and deliveries are set to climb steadily.
Zeng stressed that EPICLAND will not sacrifice vehicle quality to speed up deliveries — no production steps or quality checks will be streamlined. The brand would rather extend wait times and pay point-based late-delivery penalties than hand over a vehicle that hasn't cleared every inspection.
