Gasgoo Munich-Data from Tianyancha shows Hefei EVE Energy Co., Ltd. has recently completed registration, establishing a strategic foothold in East China for EVE Energy (300014). Wholly owned by EVE Energy, the company names Zou Hui as its legal representative. It has a registered capital of 500 million yuan and is located in the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province.

Regarding business scope, the new entity covers a broad spectrum. Operations include emerging energy technology R&D, battery manufacturing, and sales, extending to new material R&D, synthetic material manufacturing, new energy power equipment manufacturing, and new energy vehicle component production. Supporting businesses include the import and export of goods and technology, as well as machinery leasing. This establishes a complete industrial chain layout from R&D to sales and service, aligning with new energy industry development needs.
