Fangchengbao's lineup now includes the BAO 5, BAO 8, TAI 3 and TAI 7.
The Fangchengbao TAI 7 went on sale on Sept. 9, 2025, with four trims priced from CNY 179,800 to 219,800. As the first boxy lifestyle model in the TAI series, the TAI 7 measures 4,999 mm long, 1,995 mm wide and 1,865 mm tall, riding on a 2,920 mm wheelbase.
On the outside, the TAI 7 adopts an "Interstellar Ark" design language for a tough, squared-off stance. A closed grille, an illuminated brand badge, twin-stack L-shaped light bars and square headlamps give it a distinctive face.
Inside, it fits a 15.6-inch center screen, a 12.3-inch instrument display and a 26-inch W-HUD head-up display. There's also a climate-control dial display, a rear climate screen, and mounts for two 13-inch BYD Pads in the back — enabling a seven-screen linked interface. The cabin's usable length reaches 3,310 mm. Cargo volume is 1,000 liters, expanding to 1,880 liters with the second row folded.
For driver assistance, the range-topping version carries a LiDAR-equipped "Eye of God B" suite (DiPilot 300), along with 20-inch wheels, high-performance fixed four-piston front calipers, an active fragrance system and 20 speakers. Buyers can also option Lingyuan — BYD's in-car intelligent drone system.
Underneath, the TAI 7 uses a front double-wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension; the flagship adds BYD's DiSus-C intelligent damping body control system and a road-preview function to further refine handling and ride comfort.
