As previously reported by Gasgoo, Faraday Future announced on June 5 that it had delivered a Master humanoid robot to a prominent medical institution in Los Angeles. This marks the first deployment of an FF EAI robot in a healthcare setting.
The recipient was the Wonderful Life Dental Group Los Angeles. The robot will primarily handle front-desk duties within the healthcare setting, including patient check-ins, appointment inquiries, reception assistance, and wayfinding.
On May 26, Faraday Future announced a strategic partnership with North American K12 education group Redwood Education, signing a sales contract for 23 FF EAI robots. The two parties will collaborate on K12 robotics curriculum development, instruction, teacher training, and youth developer programs.
Redwood Education is the third educational institution FF has signed recently. This partnership signals that FF is positioning itself in both B2B educational institutions and B2C home education. The order for 23 units also stands as FF's largest sales order for humanoid and bionic robots to date.
Under the agreement, Redwood Education will leverage its full-lifecycle education service system to jointly expand FF's consumer base within educational settings. Additionally, Redwood is joining FF's open-source developer platform. Together, they aim to drive the adoption of the developer ecosystem in education, with a focus on nurturing young developers.
