On core financial metrics, FF achieved a major optimization in operating costs, which fell 57% year-on-year to $11.54 million, down from $26.91 million in the second quarter of 2025. Net losses also narrowed significantly, dropping 69% to $38.96 million from $124.7 million a year earlier. By the end of the second quarter, FF's net assets stood at $1.41 million, remaining positive.
FF emphasized in its earnings report that its robotics business has entered a phase of accelerated revenue growth, formally upgrading its strategy to a "Four-Core All-Intelligence" robotics ecosystem. This integrates the EAI Brain, EAI Body, industrial productivity solutions and developer platforms, and the EAI Data Factory. This quarter, cumulative sales and shipments of EAI robots reached 220 units, and FF maintains its target of 2,000 cumulative shipments by year-end.
In terms of debt and capital structure, FF has made significant progress. Total liabilities fell to approximately $278 million by the end of the second quarter, down from about $340 million a year ago — a book reduction of roughly $61 million. FF stated that excluding liabilities related to new financing, debt has actually decreased by more than $100 million compared to the same period last year. The company aims to reduce total liabilities below $100 million within the next three to four quarters. Meanwhile, FF has officially restored full compliance with Nasdaq continued listing requirements.
FF Global CEO Jia Yueting stated that driven by the "Built in USA" plan and new FCC policies, the robotics business continues to ramp up volume. The company is systematically clearing historical burdens to create conditions for the development of its core business. Looking ahead, FF plans to deepen technical cooperation with Nvidia and expects to expand its developer community to 200 members by the end of 2026, developing a product portfolio containing 100 skills.
