Fibocom stands as China's first wireless communication module provider listed on both the A-share and H-share markets, with a business footprint spanning wireless communication, AI and robotics, and smart mobility. Within the automotive sector, the company has built a portfolio centered on in-vehicle wireless communication modules, smart cockpit modules, and cabin-connectivity fusion platforms. Leveraging strengths in automotive-grade wireless connectivity, computing platforms, and edge-side AI, Fibocom also boasts advantages in capital markets, distribution channels, and a global client base.
Hangsheng Electronics has spent thirty-three years deepening its roots in the automotive electronics sector, emerging as one of China's leading players with a solid foundation in smart cockpits, in-vehicle displays, electro-acoustics, high-end manufacturing, and relationships with major automakers. The company operates under a "1+2+N" business framework: smart cockpits, intelligent driving, and connectivity form the core; acoustic systems and new energy control electronics drive growth; while emerging fields like software engineering, smart ecosystem products, road-cloud edge computing units, and embodied intelligence are expanding its reach. Hangsheng brings mature system capabilities and supply chain management strengths to the table.
Both parties view the restructuring as a deep synergy between industry expertise and capital platforms. Moving forward, they aim to integrate capital with operations, platforms with specialization, and scale with professional expertise. By facilitating the exchange of technology, resources, channels, management, and talent, the partnership will focus on deepening the fusion of "in-vehicle communication, smart cockpits, and AI." The goal is to deliver integrated solutions to automakers, expanding their customer base and order volume while cultivating new growth engines.
For Hangsheng, the restructuring means operating under the management standards of a listed company( company, refining governance structures and standardizing decision-making processes. At the same time, the company plans to leverage capital market funding to boost R&D, adjust production capacity, develop new projects, and expand overseas—moves designed to further elevate governance standards and operational quality.
