Gasgoo Munich-The first batch of "Henan-made" EngineAI T800 humanoid robots rolled off the assembly line on July 24. The event took place at the EngineAI Intelligent Manufacturing (Zhengzhou Yunzhi) base in Zhengzhou, marking another milestone in the company's push toward mass production.

Moving forward, these T800 units will ship from Zhengzhou to destinations across China, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, delivering intelligent solutions to a wider client base.

The Zhengzhou rollout follows the May launch of the company's Shenzhen Honghualing facility, which also produced the first batch of T800 units. Spanning 12,000 square meters, the Shenzhen site operates a closed-loop manufacturing process—covering everything from incoming quality checks and parts assembly to final testing, mass shipment, and maintenance. The line is capable of producing one humanoid robot every 15 minutes.

Located in the Yunzhi Technology Park within Zhengzhou's High-tech Zone, the Zhengzhou facility covers about 8,000 square meters in its first phase. Like its Shenzhen counterpart, it integrates a closed-loop workflow spanning quality inspection, parts assembly, final assembly, testing, shipping, and maintenance.

Leveraging its full-stack in-house R&D, EngineAI has integrated supply chain quality control, production processes, smart manufacturing upgrades, and operational testing at the site. This creates a comprehensive quality assurance system that spans core components, final assembly, and delivery.

From integrated joints to complete assemblies, the company has developed testing protocols that simulate real-world scenarios for core components. By validating quality during production rather than after, EngineAI standardizes processes and isolates potential issues layer by layer—strengthening control over the final product's quality.

Coinciding with the rollout ceremony, the facility opened its first-floor immersive experience space to the public for the first time. Highlighting six sectors—transportation, retail, combat, education, data collection, and home use—the zone demonstrates the practical potential of the T800 and PM01 humanoid robots through interactive displays.

Meanwhile, EngineAI has initiated plans to establish a global intelligent manufacturing headquarters in Zhengzhou. The move aims to further refine R&D, production, and delivery systems, providing the backbone needed for larger-scale mass production and faster fulfillment.
