Leveraging their respective strengths in world models, embodied intelligence, and robotics hardware, the two companies will collaborate deeply on an integrated "body + model + data platform" approach. Together, they aim to build an "embodied operation brain" for the real world, accelerating the large-scale deployment of general-purpose robots across diverse scenarios.
Specifically, the partnership will center on three core dimensions:
First, integrating software and hardware to build an embodied operation brain. Fourier will supply the robotics platform, deployment toolchains, core components, and extensive scenario resources. GigaAI, meanwhile, will contribute its world model-based embodied operation brain—including VLA and WA models—along with world model algorithms and data processing tools. This software-hardware integration aims to create embodied AI solutions deployable across various robot platforms.
Second, driving multi-scenario deployment through integrated solutions. Using the "body + model + data platform" framework, the companies will push for application planning and large-scale rollout in healthcare, manufacturing, services, education, training, and research. The goal is to establish replicable and scalable industry paradigms.
Third, co-building an ecosystem and sharing results. The duo plans to establish innovation platforms, promote product applications, and expand market ecosystems together, fostering integrated development across R&D and the upstream and downstream supply chain.
