Gasgoo Munich-Fourier Intelligence has inked strategic cooperation agreements with Singapore’s National Healthcare Group (NHG Health) and Japan’s Nagoya University during the Global Summit on Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology (GReAT 2026). The partnerships aim to deepen global collaboration in embodied care and wellness, accelerating the clinical translation of rehabilitation and robotics technologies.

Fourier Intelligence and NHG Health have collaborated extensively since first joining forces in 2021. In September 2025, the pair — alongside Singaporean AI health startup injewelme — unveiled the results of a jointly led experimental project at the Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress (SHBC). The initiative combines Fourier’s GRx humanoid robot with remote photoplethysmography (rPPG). By using the GR-2’s vision system to scan facial features, users can measure vital signs like blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse in real time.
Under the renewed agreement, the partners will focus on three key areas: establishing a Joint Rehabilitation Innovation Center to drive the adoption of advanced personalized rehabilitation technologies; developing scalable clinical validation for robotic applications; and fostering regional and international knowledge exchange to speed up the global rollout of joint innovations.
Separately, Fourier Intelligence has entered a strategic partnership with Nagoya University. The two will conduct muscle synergy analysis using Fourier’s ArmMotus™ EMU 3D upper-limb rehabilitation robot, working together to develop next-generation rehabilitation solutions and translate research findings into clinical practice. The deal marks a significant step for Fourier as it pushes further into the Japanese market.
