Gasgoo Munich-Changan Auto has released the first official images of the fourth-generation CS55PLUS BlueCore Hyper, with the market debut slated for the 18th of this month.
The new model adopts Changan’s latest family design language, and its length, width, and height are 4,550 mm, 1,868 mm, and 1,675 mm respectively, while the wheelbase is 2,656 mm. It continues the model's reputation for spaciousness, meeting the demands of mainstream family SUV buyers.

Inside, the layout mirrors the internal combustion version, featuring a wraparound cockpit and a dual-screen setup. The standout feature is the passenger "queen" seat, equipped with an eight-point massage function. This addition elevates ride comfort, addressing a common gap in family-oriented vehicle specifications.
Powering the vehicle is Changan’s BlueCore Hyper hybrid system, a deeply electrified, intelligent setup that requires no external charging. The system combines a 1.5T engine with an electric motor, featuring a 500-bar ultra-high pressure direct injection engine, a high-flux electric drive, a high-performance battery, and AI cloud control. The 1.5T engine delivers a maximum output of 110 kW, offering hybrid efficiency without forcing owners to change their refueling habits.
Demand for HEV models is rising in the 100,000-yuan compact SUV market. Many drivers want better fuel economy, but they lack access to home charging. With the fourth-generation CS55PLUS BlueCore Hyper, Changan offers a plug-free hybrid solution alongside its traditional gasoline lineup.
