Guangzhou (Gasgoo)- GAC Honda introduced its first battery-electric model, the e:NP1 built on Honda’s e:N electric platform at the Auto Guangzhou 2021.

The e:NP1 is built on the e:N Architecture F, a specially developed architecture for compact and mid-sized electric vehicles. With an industry-leading electric motor power density and 20,000 scenario algorithms, the FWD e:NP1 offers an optimal driving experience.

The e:NP1 is powered by the e:N OS full-stack intelligent control ecosystem, with the Honda SENSING safe assistant driving system, the BEV-exclusive Honda CONNECT 3.0, and an HMI system based intelligent digital cabin.

The clean-cut exterior profile gives a youthful visual impact following aerodynamics. The distinguished logo of the e:NP1 has an interactive feature that dances when charging.
GAC Honda disclosed that the e:NP1 will be on the market during the first half of 2022.
Moreover, with an annual production target of 120,000 new energy vehicles, the company’s battery-electric vehicle manufacturing plant might start operation in 2024.
