Gasgoo Munich- Beijing Galaxy Galbot Co., Ltd. has added another piece to its joint venture portfolio.
Data from Qichacha shows that Jingdezhen Wukong Technology Co., Ltd. has officially been established as a joint venture between Galbot and Jingdezhen Binghe Cultural Tourism Technology Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 40 million yuan, Galbot holds a 60% stake. The move signals that this leading player in embodied intelligence is deepening its industrial deployment and ecosystem strategy through a diversified approach to partnerships.

The partnership with Jingdezhen's state-owned assets extends a recent streak of strategic moves by Galbot. Since the start of 2025, the company has teamed up with industry giants to enter various scenarios through joint ventures. In February 2025, Galbot and Tianqi Shares formed Tianqi Galbot Robot Co., Ltd. in a 50-50 split, aiming to drive the large-scale deployment of embodied intelligent robots in automotive manufacturing.
Then in June 2025, Galbot partnered with Boyuan Capital—the market-oriented investment arm of Bosch Group—to launch Chengmai Boyin Hechuang Technology Co., Ltd. This venture targets core industrial scenarios like complex assembly and intelligent quality inspection, focusing on the development of dexterous robotic solutions.
This flurry of joint ventures outlines Galbot's strategy clearly: it isn't limiting itself to pure R&D or product sales. Instead, the company is forging deep ties with local state-owned assets, industry leaders, and industrial capital to quickly secure application scenarios, data, funding, and market channels—accelerating the commercialization of its technology.
Galbot's competitive edge lies in its full-stack, proprietary technology system. Among the few companies in the industry capable of end-to-end self-development—spanning billions of high-quality data points, embodied large models, and the robot hardware itself—it uses simulation training driven by synthetic data to give its robots industrial-grade task generalization capabilities.
This approach—using a "smart brain" to drive practical deployment—has been validated through large-scale rollouts in retail, industrial, and medical settings. Currently, Galbot's robots are operating at scale across diverse scenarios, including industrial manufacturing, instant retail fulfillment centers, smart city services, and elderly care.
