NIO to Add 1,000 Battery Swap Stations by 2026
On Feb. 9, William Bin Li, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of NIO, revealed the company's 2026 battery swap expansion roadmap, announcing plans to build 1,000 new power swap stations and scale its energy network across China, reinforcing battery swapping as a core pillar of its long-term EV strategy.
