Gasgoo: Seres Group Co., Ltd. announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Chongqing Shapingba District People's Government regarding the strategic restructuring of assets related to its Landian brand, marking a key step in business focus and resource integration. According to the agreement, Seres will spin off its existing Landian-related assets and contribute them as capital to establish an independent target company. Subsequently, the Shapingba District Government will lead the formation or introduction of a limited partnership (or fund), which, together with other external investors and the company's management team, will inject cash into the target company. Upon completion of the capital increase, the equity structure will undergo significant changes: the Shapingba District Government side will hold approximately 33.5% of the target company, becoming the largest single shareholder, while Seres and its designated entities will hold about 32%.

This facility is the first embodied AI super factory in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, focusing on the large-scale manufacturing of intelligent hardware such as humanoid robots. In the factory's roadmap, Yang Xinyu, vice president of LY iTECH and head of Beijing's robotics business, revealed that the base plans to achieve an annual output of 10,000 embodied intelligent robots by 2026, and expects to increase annualcapacity to 500,000 units by 2030.

Gasgoo: On Feb. 9, Minth Group announced in a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it has reached a framework agreement on the main terms for establishing a joint venture company in the U.S. with Leader Harmonious. According to the announcement, the JV will focus on the design, manufacturing, and commercial expansion of humanoid robot joint modules in North America. Minth expects that California Minth and Leader Harmonic will hold 60% and 40% of the JV's equity, respectively. The total initial capital contribution for the joint venture is expected to be $10 million (approximately 78 million Hong Kong dollars), to be funded by California Minth and Leader Harmonious according to their initial shareholding ratios.
