Market sources suggest Li Auto has set a preliminary growth target of roughly 40% for 2026, translating to a sales volume of about 550,000 units. The company is placing heavy resources behind the next-generation L9. The 2026 L9 is expected to feature a larger footprint, a fully upgraded chassis, and a range-extender battery exceeding 70 kWh, offering a pure electric range of over 400 km.

  • Jiemian: United Nova Technology announced on Jan. 21 that it expects 2025 revenue to reach approximately CNY 8.19 billion, up 25.83% year-on-year. The company forecasts a net loss attributable to shareholders of about 577 million yuan, representing a 40.02% reduction in losses compared to the previous year.

  • QCraft: On Jan. 21, the company announced the mass production of its city NOA solution based on a single Horizon Robotics Journey 6M chip. The system makes its debut on the refreshed Li Auto L-series equipped with AD Pro. Developed in collaboration with Li Auto, the solution is tailored for urban driving, leveraging 128 TOPS of computing power to deliver a superior city NOA experience.

  • Gasgoo: KNEWBOTS and the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center have officially signed a strategic partnership agreement in Beijing. The two parties will collaborate deeply on the large-scale application of humanoid robots in vertical scenarios such as automotive manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, and commercial services, jointly advancing the industrialization of embodied intelligence technology.

  • Gasgoo: The Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Committee has approved the initial public offering of Wuhu Atech Automotive, paving the way for a listing on the Shanghai main board with Huatai United Securities as the sponsor. Founded in 2002,  Atech Automotive focuses on automotive electronics, covering body, cockpit, powertrain, and ADAS domains.   • Cailianshe: LG is advancing the construction of a sodium-ion battery pilot production line at its Nanjing plant, aimed at verifying the feasibility of mass-producing next-generation EV batteries. Following LG's established R&D process, development is conducted at the Ochang Technological Research Institute in Daejeon, with prototype "A samples" produced at the Ochang plant. Higher-completion "B samples" and mass-production-ready "C samples" will then be manufactured at the Nanjing facility in China.

  • Fast Tech: On Jan. 21, the National Energy Administration released data on China's EV charging infrastructure for December 2025. As of the end of December, the total number of charging connectors nationwide reached 20.092 million, up 49.7% year-on-year and surpassing the 20 million milestone. Public chargers totaled 4.717 million units, a 31.9% increase, with a combined rated power of 220 million kW and an average power of 46.53 kW. Private charging installations reached 15.375 million units, jumping 56.2%, with a total installed capacity of 134 million kVA.

  • Gasgoo: Beijing Zhizai Wuje Technology has recently completed a business registration change, increasing its registered capital to approximately 1.37 million yuan.
