Spanning 37 months from the brand's February 2023 debut to the March 2026 milestone, Geely Galaxy became the fastest new energy brand to reach cumulative production of 2 million units.
Geely Galaxy attributes its growth to the support of the Geely Group system. Over the past 11 years, Geely has invested 250 billion yuan in R&D. Its infrastructure includes five styling centers, five engineering R&D hubs, five testing zones, five energy technology platforms, and five AI ecosystems. This covers the chain from design to intelligence.
Geely Galaxy unveiled its first M-series mid-size plug-in hybrid SUV on February 2: the Galaxy M7.
The Galaxy M7 features the latest design language with full-width lights connected to the grille, a floating roof, and taillights spanning the tailgate. The interior has a T-shaped console, a three-spoke steering wheel, and wood trim. It retains physical buttons for utility.
The model features "Three Golden Technologies." These include "Gold Medal Handling," tuned by an engineering team, and the "Gold Brick Battery," offering safety, fast charging, and long life. It also features "Golden Budget Range," providing 225 km of pure electric range and 1,730 km of total range.
Geely Galaxy's product matrix includes the M, E, L, and A series, plus models like Starship and Star Glory. The launch of the Galaxy M7 will expand this lineup.
