Shanghai, March 23 (Gasgoo.com) Geely Auto said it will roll out its first mid- and high-grade cars by June, China Business News reported, citing sources.
FE-1 and FE-2, the two models of Imperial (Dihao) brand, now are under the final production preparation at Geely's Ningbo production base. The two high-end Imperial models reportedly will be put into production by August.
Apart from the FE-series, Geely plans to produce the GC-1and NL-1, two other Imperial brand models, in Jinan and Chengdu plants respectively. The GC-1 is a sedan equipped with a 2.0L engine and the NL-1 is a 2.4L CVVT-powered SUV.
Geely aims to launch four Imperial models within the year, selling at a price between 100,000 yuan ($14,640) and 150,000 yuan.
