Global Technology plans to use the proceeds to expand production lines, upgrade its products and develop domestic and overseas markets. It also aims to strengthen cooperation with automakers and local industry partners.
Global Technology said its electronic parking brake (EPB), anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic stability control (ESC) and GIBC (Onebox) products have entered mass production and vehicle installation. Monthly orders for GIBC units have exceeded 30,000, while monthly shipments of brake assemblies have surpassed 15,000 sets. The company reported an order backlog worth more than RMB 2 billion.
Global Technology plans to bring its fourth GIBC production line into operation in mid-2027. The line is designed for an annual capacity of 1.2 million units.
For its next-generation technology portfolio, Global Technology is developing electromechanical braking (EMB) systems and chassis domain controllers. Its EMB technology has completed multiple rounds of vehicle calibration and validation in both winter and summer conditions. The company currently has 18 customer projects under development.
As brake-by-wire technology continues to evolve, suppliers' ability to deliver products at scale, control costs and advance the engineering development of next-generation EMB systems will be important factors in the sector's competition.
