The Shanghai-based joint venture between GMAC and Shanghai Automotive Group Finance Co., Ltd. (SAICFC) provides retail financing for vehicles manufactured by GM's joint ventures with SAIC. It also supports Shanghai GM dealers by providing financing for their vehicle inventories.
