Gasgoo Munich- At the recent GSA 2026, HRC unveiled CirViaTM, its latest green circular product brand, alongside the first representative products. Concurrently, the company showcased a suite of cutting-edge components designed for future mobility ecosystems.
As HRC's first independent product marque, CirViaTM carries the group's core vision: to restart material value regeneration and forge a path for green circularity. The debut series includes intermediate materials such as injection molding granules and thermoplastic felts.

The injection molding granules offer superior mechanical properties, making them ideal for complex structural parts in automotive, aerospace, and consumer electronics. The thermoplastic felts, known for uniform fiber distribution and high process flexibility, serve as a key base material for thermoplastic sheet laminates used in exterior components.
Beyond the new brand, HRC displayed a range of automotive parts, including center console trims, hood inner liners, fenders, and mudguards. The exhibit also spanned end-use applications in aviation, construction, and sports leisure — with several products already achieving commercial viability.
Crucially, HRC employs a proprietary patented process to recycle carbon fiber waste efficiently, using low energy and avoiding chemical pollution. The recovered fiber retains over 95% of its original physical properties, yet generates just 4.7% of the carbon emissions associated with virgin materials. This breakthrough provides a tangible material solution for sustainability in the automotive industry and beyond.
HRC also presented a lineup of lightweight, high-performance carbon fiber components for both automotive and low-altitude sectors. A highlight was an innovative, irregular-shaped hollow carbon fiber spoiler assembly. Manufactured via integrated molding, the part delivers significant weight reduction while meeting strict dimensional and performance standards. It is now in mass production, offering stable and reliable quality.
