Guangzhou (Gasgoo)- Great Wall Motor showcased its new commercial-use pickup truck, the King Kong Poer, at the Auto Guangzhou 2021.
The targeted demographic of the King Kong Poer is entrepreneurial young people, priced at RMB100,000 ($15,600).
The King Kong Poer inherits the brand’s signature body style, with a large-size intake grille. The truck offers different types of headlights based on different trims, halogen or LED.
In order to win over young consumers, the three-piece bumper can be personalized with multiple color options.
The truck measures 5365mm in length, 1880mm in width and 1815 (1840) mm in height, with a 3140/3410mm wheelbase. The trunk of the truck measures 1550 (1820) mm in length, 1500mm in width and 495 (470) mm in height, offering ample cargo capacity.
The King Kong Poer is powered by Great Wall Motor’s 2.0T engine, with a 122KW maximum power. The truck also comes in a 145KW trim with auto/manual transmission.
The truck can be modified for different professional purposes, such as agriculture or first response.
