Gasgoo Munich- Gasgoo reported on April 2 that data from Qichacha shows the formal establishment of Shanghai MAEXTRO Intelligent Mobility Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. The new entity, backed by 30 million yuan in registered capital, is wholly owned by Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd.
Corporate filings show the company was registered on April 1, 2026, in the Lingang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Shu Jie serves as the legal representative, while key executives include Li Xinxin, the manager, and Wang Wei, the finance head.
Its operations center on the research and development of automotive components, as well as technical services, development, consulting, exchange, transfer, and promotion.
