Gasgoo Munich- JD.com has officially launched its "Physical AI Acceleration Plan." It introduced a "Super AI Supply Chain" designed to build the world's largest operations center for the physical world. By bridging data, models, and hardware, the company aims to push AI into a new era of physical intelligence.
On the data front, JD Cloud is establishing the world's largest collection center for embodied intelligence. The plan is to gather more than 10 million hours of video footage from real-world human scenarios within two years. This aims to solve the "data scarcity" problem that plagues embodied intelligence.
JD plans to deploy more than 80 "RoboBase" industrial hubs across China over the next five years, creating the world's largest network for robotics manufacturing. These hubs will offer a full suite of integrated services, ranging from display, delivery, and maintenance to R&D, pilot assembly, data collection, and iterative upgrades.
JD Industrial, meanwhile, has spearheaded the "Robot Component Industry Development Alliance." Over the next three years, the alliance aims to help 100 robot manufacturers cut costs. It plans to double revenue for 100 component suppliers. This positions JD to become the world's largest supplier of robot parts.
JD Retail is committing 10 billion yuan in resources by 2028 to help 100 brands surpass 1 billion yuan in individual sales. The initiative aims to deploy robots across one million terminal scenarios, reaching tens of millions of users, and securing JD's position as the world's largest retail channel for robotics.

In logistics, JD Logistics is assembling the world's largest fleet of embodied robots, with plans to purchase 3 million robots, 1 million autonomous vehicles, and 100,000 drones within five years. Already, the company operates the industry's largest and most diverse cluster of self-developed and co-developed robots in the supply chain, spanning warehousing, sorting, transportation, and delivery.
On the services side, JD aims to build a global after-sales network covering more than 100 countries over the next five years. This expansion will create over 100,000 new jobs for robot maintenance engineers, establishing the world's largest service network for robotics repairs.
