Gasgoo Munich-Jia Yueting, in his capacity as FFR's CEO, released his first weekly report since taking office. In October, FFR sold and shipped a total of 351 robot units, setting a new monthly record.
Since deliveries began in late February, cumulative sales and shipments have reached 1,168 units — crossing the 1,000-unit mark for the first time — all while maintaining positive gross margins.
Building on that momentum, Jia projects that FFR will sell and ship more than 400 units in both November and December, putting full-year sales on track to hit roughly 2,000 units.

Just a week ago, the company completed its public listing.
On October 23, FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem (Nasdaq: FFR) finalized a merger with Faraday Future' s (FFAI) entire robotics business. The deal closed on the New York market on October 26, making it the first U.S. pure-play stock focused on humanoid and bionic robotics. Jia Yueting serves as CEO, with Jerry Wang as executive chairman.
FFR was formerly known as AIxCrypto Holdings, a name it shed on September 30. The move effectively folded Faraday Future' s robotics operations into a publicly traded vehicle, while Faraday Future itself continues to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker FFAI. Jia Yueting simultaneously holds the CEO post at both companies.
The merger deal values the combined entity at approximately $200 million.
On the business front, FFR champions a "Four-Core Full Intelligence" strategy: an EAI brain and open platform, EAI devices, industry productivity solutions, and an EAI data factory. Its technological roadmap follows a "one brain, multiple forms; multiple forms, multiple functions" approach—using a single brain to power humanoid, bionic, and other configurations.
In the education sector, FFR has already begun to scale up.
FFR' s education ecosystem is currently expanding rapidly from Los Angeles to the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. Early signs of regional replication are showing promise, laying the groundwork for nationwide scaling. Meanwhile, its security and inspection ecosystem has entered the proof-of-concept (POC) stage. Commercial and service operations are refining practical use cases with customers to drive scenario validation, while industrial and logistics efforts remain focused on R&D to build product and technical capacity for future volume.
For its part, FFAI is pivoting around a strategic upgrade centered on a "Robotaxi sharing network + AI vision cabin operator + Physical AI investment holding company." Leveraging New York' s capital markets and industrial resources, it aims to expand investment, business incubation, and holding opportunities across the Physical AI supply chain. This will also create an East Coast-West Coast synergy with the Robotaxi operations currently being prepared in the Los Angeles area.
Jia also announced that FFR and FFAI have launched operations in the Greater New York region and officially kicked off investment promotion. The initial phase covers New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, southwestern Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania.
