Gasgoo Munich- Jingjin Electric North America announced on October 28, 2026, that a new three-in-one electric drive system developed for a fresh US client has officially entered mass production. The unit will power the customer's electric pickup truck, marking another milestone for Jingjin Electric after years of expanding its footprint in North America.

The newly produced three-in-one system integrates three core components: a high-efficiency flat-wire motor, a high-power-density inverter, and a low-noise, high-efficiency reduction gearbox. Peak power exceeds 150 kW, with output torque topping 3,200 Nm — enough to handle the demanding conditions pickup trucks face at highway speeds or when towing heavy loads.
On the technology front, the system uses Jingjin's proprietary pumpless oil-and-water composite cooling, which boosts continuous power output — a critical advantage for the highway cruising and towing scenarios common in North America. The unit also features an electronic pawl parking lock tailored for the region, hitting the industry's top ASIL-D functional safety rating.
Jingjin's North American plant sits near Detroit, the heart of the US auto industry. The facility has already mass-produced several motors, inverters, and e-drive systems, building out a mature local logistics and after-sales network. The latest project, however, brings higher production volumes and revenue contributions than any previous partnership of its kind for the company.
With this new system now in mass production and heading to customers, Jingjin is tightening its product lineup in North America while steadily broadening its local client base. The region remains a core overseas market, and its steady expansion will underpin the company's broader global ambitions.
