Gasgoo Munich- Leapmotor announced its official entry into the Mexican market on July 6, signaling the start of its North American expansion. Before entering Mexico, the B10 underwent over a year of localized adaptation and validation at Stellantis’s local automotive engineering and testing center. The vehicle was tuned specifically for Mexico’s diverse terrain and climate — ranging from high plateaus to deserts and rainforests — and passed all local regulatory certifications. Looking ahead, the C10 and C16 models will follow to meet broader demand, including family travel needs.
Leapmotor is leveraging Stellantis’s mature resources in Mexico for its channel and service infrastructure. The sales network has already laid out over 40 authorized outlets, with plans to expand further into tier-2 and tier-3 cities. After-sales service is supported by Mopar, a provider with over 85 years of industry experience. Its parts distribution center in Toluca covers 45,000 square meters and stocks over 50,000 original parts, allowing for delivery to stores nationwide within 24 to 48 hours. For local owners, Leapmotor offers a four-year vehicle warranty, an eight-year high-voltage battery warranty, as well as roadside assistance, OTA upgrades, and dedicated concierge services.
Leapmotor emphasized its commitment to full-stack in-house development, mastering the entire chain from electric drive and batteries to intelligent driving systems. Official data indicates cumulative global deliveries topped 1.5 million as of June 2026, while June alone saw 93,376 units delivered. With over 2,000 sales and service outlets across more than 40 countries and regions, the company’s formal launch in Mexico marks another major stride in its global strategy.
