Compared to the standard model, the Lafa 5 Ultra gets a dedicated sport kit: a front splitter, side skirts, a rear diffuser, and a rear wing. The splitter boosts front-axle downforce for better stability, while the side skirts accentuate the wide-body stance. Together, the wing and diffuser aim to balance range with high-speed control. Finishing touches include matte gun-grey logos and wheel caps, along with a lowered ride height and matte dark grey calipers — all giving the car a lower, more aggressive coupe silhouette.

The new model measures 4,490mm long, 1,880mm wide, and 1,510mm high, with a 2,735mm wheelbase — maintaining a compact, agile profile. The chassis has been jointly tuned by Chinese and European teams. Power comes from a rear-mounted motor, now producing 180kW, up from 160kW in the standard version. It retains a staggered tire setup: 225/45 R19 at the front and 235/45 R19 at the rear.
On the tech front, the Lafa 5 Ultra comes standard with LiDAR. It is expected to run on SA8295 and SA8650 chips, ensuring a smooth human-machine interface, and will support nationwide city navigation on autopilot.
