Gasgoo Munich- On June 1, Leapmotor released its May 2026 delivery figures. The company recorded 81,569 full-lineup deliveries. This represents an 81% year-on-year increase. It also marks a 14.26% month-on-month gain. This sets a new record for the brand.

This marks consecutive months at the top for Leapmotor among new EV startups. In April, deliveries reached 71,387 units, up 73.9%. In May, figures rose to over 81,000 units. The company raised the single-month delivery ceiling for startups. It moved from the 50,000 range to over 80,000.
Leapmotor's overseas expansion is notable. Company data shows sales of 17,000 pure EVs in the EU-12 market in Q1 2026. This figure totals 16,736 units. This performance surpassed BYD. It secured the position of the best-selling Chinese pure EV brand in the EU.
Cumulative registrations across 16 European countries reached 23,300 units. This is a 726.5% year-on-year increase. In Italy, Q1 registrations reached 11,637 units. This captured a 33.5% share of the local pure EV market. The T03 ranked in the top three for sales among mainstream models in Europe. In Germany, it held the top spot among Chinese EV brands.
In the domestic market, Leapmotor is accelerating its growth.
The A10 achieved strong sales upon launch. May deliveries exceeded 20,000 units. This secured the lead in the SUV segment under 100,000 yuan. Global cumulative sales for the B01 and B10 exceeded 200,000 units. Leapmotor announced June launches for the refreshed C10, C11, and C16. These include upgrades to design, intelligent features, comfort, and range.
The flagship MPV D99 will begin pre-sales this month. This indicates a move upmarket for the second-half product lineup. The Lafa5 is scheduled to enter 28 countries. Leapmotor is accelerating its global expansion.
