Gasgoo Munich- Lei Jun recently unveiled Xiaomi EV's travel report for the 2026 Spring Festival holiday. Data shows that between Feb. 15 and Feb. 23, Xiaomi owners collectively clocked more than 405 million kilometers, spanning 369 cities nationwide.

Geographically, drivers pushed as far south as Sanya in Hainan, north to the Greater Khingan Range in Heilongjiang, east to Jixi in Heilongjiang, and west to the Kizilsu Kyrgyz Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang. The longest distance covered by a single vehicle reached 10,718 kilometers. Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Suzhou ranked as the top three destinations by travel volume.
The penetration of intelligent driving assistance systems surged during long-distance holiday travel. Over the reporting period, assisted driving features logged 100 million kilometers in total usage, with a single-day peak of 1,819.6 kilometers per vehicle. Automatic parking was engaged 3.63 million times—a frequency that points to growing driver reliance on parking assistance.
Interaction data within the smart cockpit was equally robust. The in-car voice assistant, "Xiao Ai," was activated 147 million times, while the microphone-free karaoke feature was used 390,000 times. Users also created 159,000 new Xiaomi Super Tasks. Additionally, the vehicle-to-load (V2L) discharge function was utilized 16,400 times, delivering nearly 4,000 kWh of power—primarily serving long-distance travel and outdoor scenarios.
On the service front, Xiaomi EV handled 110,800 professional inquiries and completed 3,059 on-site tire repairs during the holiday. The longest single rescue mission exceeded 3,491 kilometers, with the service team transporting a vehicle cross-country from Urumqi, Xinjiang, to Changsha, Hunan.
