Beijing (Gasgoo)- On October 20, leading LiDAR supplier RoboSense announced its strategic partnership with the Beijing-based pan-port autonomous driving solution provider Senior.auto (SENIOR) for unmanned logistic vehicle advancement.

Leveraging their respective technological accumulation and resource advantages, the cooperation will focus on LiDAR technology iteration and the improvement of commercial vehicles’ autonomous driving capabilities, provide better solutions for driverless logistics transport vehicles, and create a safer, more reliable, and more stable applications of autonomous commercial vehicles.
By virtue of this cooperation, RoboSense will support SENIOR’s new-generation Intelligent Mobile Vehicle (IMV) in achieving normalized operations under various port-related scenarios, through its powerful, precise, and reliable LiDAR solutions. In addition, the two parties will jointly explore the mass-production possibility for a pre-assembly autonomous driving solution based on RoboSense’s second-generation smart solid-state LiDAR.
In the future, the duo will integrate their respective industry resources and experience, uphold the principle of resource sharing, complementary advantages, win-win cooperation, and mutual development, to build a more stable and safer operation scenario for commercial vehicle that’s harder to harness.
