Lincoln China sales hit records high in Oct.

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Ford Motor’s premium brand Lincoln continued to explore the largest auto market in the world, with its October China sales volume hitting records high, the company said yesterday.

With over 9,000 vehicles sold in a single month, Lincoln saw a 23% growth in sales from a year ago, refreshing the brand’s sales record and market share in the country. For the first ten months this year, Lincoln managed a 60% surge in cumulative sales year on year, to 75,000 vehicles in total.

The brand’s three featured China-made SUVs celebrated a total monthly sales result of over 8,600 vehicles, accounting for 95% of the brand’s entire lineup’s sales.

To be specific, the latest Corsair model saw a 17% year-on-year increase with over 5,000 vehicles sold.

Monthly sales of the new Nautilus surpassed the 2,500 milestone for the first time in October, more than tripled from the previous year, by 240%.
