Gasgoo Munich- Lumos Robotics has signed a strategic partnership agreement with JD.com. Centered on product co-creation, technical synergy, scenario expansion, and channel development, the two sides plan to pour resources into products, supply chains, and ecosystems over the next three years. The goal: drive cumulative sales of Lumos Robotics's full product line on JD.com past the 1 billion yuan mark, reaching more households and industrial clients while pushing robotic products into a wider array of consumer and industrial settings.
On the product front, JD.com will leverage industry trends, consumer demand, and user insights to participate in co-creation, driving continuous iteration. The pair will also collaborate on R&D surrounding capabilities like JoyInside and JoyAI, aiming to bolster comprehensive skills in intelligent interaction, task understanding, and agent-based functions.

From a market perspective, the partners will tap JD.com's precision operations, omnichannel marketing resources, and online-offline retail network for joint brand promotion, content creation, and user management. By leveraging offline formats like JD Mall and dedicated robot experience stores, they aim to continuously expand consumption scenarios—giving more consumers a hands-on look at embodied intelligence products.
On the industrial front, the two will jointly develop integrated robot solutions for sectors such as industrial manufacturing, data acquisition, and smart inspection. They plan to combine JD.com's government and enterprise channels, supply chain systems, and global resources to court industry clients and break into overseas markets.
For mature scenarios with significant scaling potential, the companies will explore cooperation models like joint procurement and the construction of demonstration projects. These moves are designed to accelerate large-scale robot deployment and unlock the industrial value of embodied intelligence.
