Shanghai (Gasgoo)- The Lynk & Co 04 was spied on road tests recently. According to its spied shots, the model boasts a sporty design style combining with Lynk & Co's family design style. Featuring split-typed headlights, the model looks fashionable and dynamic. In addition, the model is expected to hit the market in 2019.
Adopting the design concept of urban aesthetics of opposites in its appearance, the model offers split-typed headlights with LED daytime running lamps on both sides of the engine hood. The distance lights are positioned below the two sides of the lower intake grille, making the fascia to feel flatter and enhancing the model's width visually.
As to the model's side styling, it feels slender with a low stance, looking very harmonious in body proportion. Besides, with large-size multi-spoke wheel rims, the new model's sportiness is further enhanced. It also boasts a terse and sharp rear end with Lynk & Co family's unmistakable LED tail lights. Thanks to the two exhaust pipes on both sides, the model looks sportier and more youthful.
The model's interior photos haven't disclosed yet, but it may retain the interior design style of the Lynk & Co 02. The new model will adopt Lynk & Co's iconic design style, featuring neatly-designed layout with a variety of high-tech amenities, such as a three-spoke multi-functional steering wheel, a large-size touch display screen and a full-LCD instrument panel.
The 04 is expected to come with a 1.5T three-cylinder or a 2.0T four-cylinder turbocharged engine variant, paired with manual, dual-clutch transmission variants or AMT.
