The MG 7, which debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show in April this year, will be launched in the Chinese market in August later this year. The 1.8L MG 7 is priced at about 200,000 yuan, MG 7 L series is priced at about 280,000 yuan.

MG 7 is a China made global brand model, which was bought by NAC (Nanjing Auto Company) from British MG Rover Company, and it will compete with other models such as Roewe (231,800-276,800 yuan), Camry (229,800-269,800 yuan), Lacrosse (219,800-269,800 yuan) and Passat (231,800-242,800 yuan) and Galant (169,800-219,800 yuan).
Currently, MG franchised dealers are signing contracts with Nanjing Auto, and the construction of dealerships are underway.
