Gasgoo Munich-Neolix, a Chinese autonomous driving technology company focused on unmanned delivery vehicles, announced on October 20 that it had completed a Series E funding worth nearly US$400 million, according to a post on Neolix's WeChat account.

Neolix said the financing was the largest single fundraising deal in China’s autonomous driving sector so far in 2026. Its cumulative funding has now exceeded RMB 10 billion, which the company says ranks first in the unmanned delivery vehicle industry by total funds raised.
Commercial deployment and technology development
Over the past year, Neolix has continued expanding its commercial operations. The company operates a large autonomous delivery fleet and has extended its services beyond e-commerce parcel delivery, using its vehicle network to provide logistics capacity for a broader range of cargo owners. It says these services help customers reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
On the technology front, Neolix is developing a vision-based end-to-end large model. It has also built an integrated architecture combining cloud, edge and vehicle-side models, which the company says supports a data feedback loop linking operations, data and algorithms to improve operational efficiency as deployment scales.
Overseas expansion
Neolix said it began expanding overseas early in the unmanned delivery vehicle sector and has continued to grow its international deliveries. Its vehicles and delivery services have been deployed across regions including the Middle East, Europe, East Asia, Southeast Asia and Australia.
Boyu Capital, one of the leading investors, said Neolix had been among the first in the sector to explore building a nationwide logistics capacity network using Robovans, providing unmanned delivery services to major customers. It added that the company had achieved scaled deployments in several overseas markets, demonstrating the international competitiveness of its products. Boyu said it would continue supporting Neolix’s growth and its efforts to serve customers and expand globally.
Policy environment
China has also announced several policy initiatives relevant to unmanned delivery in 2026. In July, the Ministry of Transport said it would promote digital and intelligent upgrades in transport and logistics during the 15th Five-Year Plan period and consider pilot programs for standardized use of unmanned delivery vehicles. In August, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport jointly issued an implementation plan for logistics networks that calls for commercial deployment of unmanned delivery and low-altitude logistics equipment in parcel delivery and instant-delivery services. In September, nine government departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued a plan for the intelligent connected and new energy vehicle industry for the 15th Five-Year Plan period, including support for multi-scenario pilot applications of functional unmanned vehicles.
Use of proceeds
Neolix founder Yu Enyuan said the company aims to build an efficient and reliable unmanned vehicle logistics network and use AI to support global unmanned logistics infrastructure. He added that the team would focus on developing operations in each city where its services are deployed, with an emphasis on product performance, reliable service and measurable economic benefits.
Following the funding round, Neolix plans to direct the proceeds toward two priorities: refining its operations network and accelerating the development of locally based service hubs in major global regions to improve customer fulfillment; and investing further in the data-training loop for its end-to-end large model to improve vehicle safety and performance while reducing lifecycle operating and maintenance costs.
