Gasgoo Munich- As of May 18, NIO has constructed 8,872 charging and battery swap stations across China, according to a statement obtained by Gasgoo. The network comprises 3,850 swap stations, 5,022 charging stations, and 28,859 chargers, having facilitated more than 100 million battery swaps to date.

On May 1, Gasgoo reported NIO’s April delivery figures: the company handed over 29,356 new vehicles, a 22.8% year-on-year increase. The NIO brand accounted for 19,024 units, while ONVO delivered 5,352 — up 21.6% — and Firefly contributed 4,980. Cumulative deliveries for the first four months of the year surged 71% to 112,821, bringing the company’s lifetime total to 1.11 million.
April kicked off a wave of new product rollouts for NIO. The 2026 ES6, EC6, ET5, and ET5T launched early in the month, alongside the start of deliveries for the new Firefly. At the Beijing auto show, NIO introduced the ES8 "Dark Gold" special edition, which hit the 100,000-delivery mark in just 215 days — a new record for domestic high-end models priced over 400,000 yuan.
