On the charging front, NIO's 8,676 power stations nationwide delivered more than 3.27 million services during the holiday — a 26.6% jump in daily volume compared to last year. Of those, 3,750 battery swap stations completed 2,073,500 swaps, with daily transactions climbing 29.4%. During the same period, NIO accounted for 25.28 million kWh of highway energy use, representing 15% of the national total.
On the highway, NIO's 1,022 high-speed swap stations link more than 550 cities, with battery swaps supplying over 80% of the energy users consumed. Assuming a 60-minute charging session per swap, the service saved travelers a cumulative 495,455 hours — 20% more than during last year's Spring Festival.
NIO's high-speed swap network now spans the country's major arterial roads, with 720 highway stations setting record highs during the holiday. The company continues to push its "county-to-county" coverage, having reached over 1,200 districts and counties. Nine provincial-level regions now enjoy full coverage, driving a 279% surge in county-level swap volume from the previous month.
NIO is also opening its infrastructure to the wider industry. Across its 4,926 charging stations and 28,223 chargers, more than 85% of the power delivered went to users of other new-energy vehicle brands.
Separately, NIO marked its 100 millionth battery swap on February 6, 2026. Looking ahead, the automaker plans to ramp up investment in infrastructure this year, officially launching construction of its fifth-generation stations. The goal is to add more than 1,000 new swap stations and build over 100 "Power Scenic Routes."
