Shanghai (Gasgoo)- As of May 21, 2022, NIO's users in China have driven over 5 billion kilometers in total, according to a post on NIO’s WeChat account.
Notably, a total of 3,162 users have driven over 100 thousand kilometers individually, 54 of which have logged a drive distance of over 200 thousand kilometers.

It took NIO's users 846 days to complete the first 1 billion-km driving distance, while the period was shortened to only 113 days for going from the 4th billion to the 5th billion kilometers.
The milestone means that NIO's users have reduced 328,709 tonnes of carbon emission by using clean energy, equivalent to planting around 18,257,644 trees.
As of May 21, 2022, NIO's users have driven over 418,172,710 kilometers with their vehicles assisted by NIO Pilot, and 157,582,902 kilometers supported by the NOP (Navigation on Pilot) feature.
By the time, NOMI, NIO's in-vehicle AI assistance, has communicated with users for 519,757,382 times. The top three functions by usage frequency were navigation, turning on air-conditioning system, and playing music.

By May 21, 2022, NIO's users have used the startup's charging service for 1,184,685 times, and finished 8,809,738 battery swaps, which are equivalent to over 20,000 battery swaps on a daily basis.
In the meantime, NIO Service has already provided 1,107,817 repair and maintenances service sessions, including 15,993 times of towing rescue and 239,947 mobile services.
